The GARA MODULAR system makes this a perfect choice for deep, long distance Freediving and Spearfishing, for divers of all levels because of the Softer LD Blade. Easy forward propulsion is attained at every kick, which does not fatigue your feet or muscles and so you can cover long distances. The hardness level of the blade is LD: soft for divers of reduced size and/or that do long movements and medium depth diving.
The modular design lets the user replace/interchange blades for specific diving purposes, which make the perfect fin to grow with, as the diver can change blades as the divers skills increase. The angle of the blade provides the ultimate in efficiency during the kick cycle requiring less energy to load the blade.
The original blade is made of high-modulus propylene (2500 Mpa). It has lifelong warranty and highly elastic return. It incorporates two little antiskid spoilers on the final area. The decreasing thickness section (from 4mm to 2mm) causes the highly progressive tonnage eliminating the skid tendency, because the first half of the set is more rigid and the final half is more flexible.
